The body is designed to move in a certain pattern. If that pattern gets distorted –for example, through bad posture or exercising incorrectly or other poor movement habits – the body doesn’t work as efficiently. This can result in reduced mobility, lack of flexibility and strength, and potential injury. My fitness training programs will help you correct any distortions, while improving your total body performance.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified Personal Trainer as well as a NASM-certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and a NASM-certified Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). I also am Power Plate Level 2 certified.
